The RSL Experience

RSL’s success stems from our great ability to design, manufacture, install and maintain our kiosks, displays and software packages; expertly project managing each information solution through from sketch to success, ensuring our clients are guided through the entire project.

We pride ourselves upon providing one point of contact for a client, with all stages in a project covered by RSL; be it approvals, time scheduling between companies, or pulling a software package, display system and interactive kiosk combination together RSL offer a specialist information solution for all.

“Again, a high degree of professionalism and willingness to get it done was shown by all…and this is greatly appreciated” – Jeremy Wiggin, Transport Development Officer

After initial client consultation, RSL combine concept ideas and our vast knowledge of kiosks, software and displays to create a design that suits the needs of each customer.

From the simplest drawing to the most intricate of architectural design sketches we create detailed engineering design drawings.

Within the design process RSL will complete a full site survey and a project specification. These are the first milestones in the RSL Experience and where all appropriate approvals will be obtained.

When all designs are finalised we begin work on the manufacturing of each unit and the production of a software system. After rigorous testing RSL move onto the installation phase complying with all necessary Health and Safety requirements.

RSL display and kiosk installations aim to be efficient and convenient for the customer with minimal disturbance for the general public. RSL ensure all ground works and fixing brackets are as discrete as possible.

RSL’s involvement with a project doesn’t end at install.

We offer several comprehensive service and maintenance packages for kiosks so you can rest assured your new unit will enjoy maximum up-time.
