An RSL Monolith interactive unit designed for non protected environmentsMonolith

The RSL Monolith is a state of the art system suitable for all outdoor or unsupervised locations. It’s vandal resistant hardware components and weather proof housing ensure the robust and sturdy RSL Monolith performs perfectly.

It features two 17” sunlight readable screens, one situated lower than the other to allow for children and wheelchair users to be able to use the system.

The Monolith typically includes secure, location specific naming and graphics down the sides. As with all of our units, colours and finish are to the clients’ particular theme. Maps and other information as required can be securely screen printed onto the kiosk back and front.

Grand opening of a Monolith interactive unit in Huntingdon  It may be fitted with a 4” printer, accessible from both sides of the unit, allowing for map/event/job information to be printed by the user.

Other additions to the unit include audio capabilities and security cameras at both the front and rear of the unit.

Thanks to RSL’s competent project management capabilities, the Monolith comes with the RSL Kiosk Minder hardware/software combination, allowing us to remotely monitor the kiosk processes to ensure the   Monolith kiosk is running smoothly at all times. An RSL interactive Monolith in Cantabury town centre The RSL Monolith typically displays Local Government or tourist information in town and city centres around the UK; however any of our software solutions may be incorporated within a Monolith powered system.

Don’t forget that if you are keen on this style of unit, and there are extra additions you require, RSL have the experience, skills and drive to achieve exactly what our customers need; for example the Monolith could include a large departure screen displaying local bus timetables above the kiosk itself.

Below is an example of how RSL can take one of our base products and form a unique design for a specific purpose, with Braille printing and front and rear facing colour display screens. This unit was supplied for Parkhouse Bus Station, for more information on this project click here.
