This software package allows custom messages to be shown on a range of RSL systems, including attract screens for RSL interactive kiosks and on LED/LCD departure display screens .
The client is able to produce simple text and images that can be shown at specific dates and times. The interface is a simple ‘Microsoft Word’ type format allowing nominated users to generate simple html content which is sent to the display system or interactive kiosk via the internet.
No special software is required as all the data entry is web based, a PC and an internet connection is all that is required. The designated kiosk manager has the power to create accounts allowing other users to update the display as necessary.
The transport industry, particularly bus stations, benefit from this service the most; as they can provide accurate arrival and departure times, whilst manually updating a system if required and providing a personalised explanation for a delay, for example “Delayed at North Street due to a collision with a car” or whatever is appropriate.
