RSL are experts in the transport industry, providing hundreds of different electronic passenger information systems for many large county and city councils around the UK. We provide a vast amount of departure screen software, interactive kiosks and electronic displays along with an equally vast amount of different journey planning software with the possibilities to add multimedia for Bus, Train, or any combination.
The Transport industry has always provided a large customer base for RSL, and now, more than ever people are conscious of global warming and it is widely agreed that through accurate, safe and enjoyable public transport experiences many would drastically decrease their car use. RSL are at the fore front of this public transport revolution with our real time systems providing 'to the minute' arrival/departure information.

Bus travel was always years behind train and air travel in terms of data display. Bus timetables have been paper based since the introduction of the service, where as for many years trains have had digital display systems. Part of the problem was that buses weren't too easy to track, if they were stuck in traffic or there had been an accident for example. But thanks to RSL, and others, this is all changing. Buses can easily be tracked and their location digitally updated onto the display systems via wireless communication, allowing for extremely accurate arrival and departure information
This upgrade in the sector is immense as now with a just glance up at a digital display you can see exact, real time bus arrival and departure information making journey plannng a much easier task. RSL produce and provide data display systems for airports and train/bus stations and have done in the first two instances for many years. We are also expanding into Taxi Transport solutions, demonstrated through our initiative at Wilton Road taxi rank with Transport for London.

Our systems are massively adaptable to our clients exact needs, ensuring complete passenger and operator peace of mind.
As mentioned earlier RSL have completed, and are currently maintaining, a vast amount of projects in the public transport sector with developments in taxi services being implemented; with a long term aim of a unified travel system that includes all forms of public transport, taxis, ferries, air, bus and train travel.
